Folding the pajarita |
| The « pajarita » (french: cocotte en papier) was put in the spotlight by a great Spanish folder Miguel de Unamuno and is known worldwide. Starting from a windmill base, a simple reverse fold reveals the head. The other three flaps of the base are used to form the legs and the tail. If you use a two-tone paper, the head will be a different colour than the remainder of the bird.
