Some traditonnal models |
What is called a traditional model? There are two acceptions: - either the typical japanese origamis, some of them being known for more of 200 years, suche as the crane or the iris (often calle the lily). - or any fold which is known by everybody, but whose designer is unknown or forgotten. This latter category has a kind of fuzzy contents. One thing is sure: it is not because a model is on intrenet that it becomes traditional! Even if you do not know the author of a model, it is possible that this model would be proteted by copyright. This sequence is composed of six pages. It presents the mases of origami and three traditional models. At the end, a fun quiz allows you to review your expertise in folding paper. Look at every picture: - click on it to get an enlargement, - if the title is in blue, click on it to get a complete form, - if the name of the author is in blue, click on it in order to know everything about him or her. Have a nice journey! |
