Flora
You have entered the « world of the living » by a page dedicated to paper flowers. Other models are presented here.

Again, the botanist experts will not find their account, but the goal is not to make a paper herbarium (why not!). Enjoy the variety of models, whether close to reality or more symbolic. Some of them are in a few folds, others are masterpieces of folding.

Katrin and Yuri Shumakov, two great American artists, coined the term « oribana », a contraction of « origami » and « ikebana ». They designate under this term an activity of creation of floral arrangements arranged in paper vases. Visit their Facebook page , you will not be disappointed!
