Wild animals
Wild animals are an inexhaustible source of inspiration for origamists. The fauna of the whole world appears folded in paper. The differences in style relate to the degree of realism. Some models, like the elephant, are highly studied, others, like the jerboa, are much rarer or nonexistent.
